The main activity of our company is the production and sale of high-quality bitumen emulsion, which can be used both for road construction and building construction.

Our team is a team of experienced technologists and managers who have extensive experience in both direct production of bitumen emulsion and in the road industry

BITUMEN EMULSIONS.

Assortment of kinds of bituminous emulsion

The bituminous emulsion is made from high-quality bitumen  the company ORLEN and the oil company NYNAS (Sweden) with the addition of chemical additives such as: emulsifiers of the trademarks REDICOTE and Diamine OLBC of the Swedish company AkzoNobel; PAVE adhesive supplement 192 of American manufacture; latex ALGOLTEX C and TORTEH in the American company ALGOL CHEMICALS).

We are ready to provide any volume of production of any kind of bituminous emulsion.

The volumes, terms of delivery, terms of delivery (self-delivery or transportation of the company), terms of payment, etc. are determined by the terms of the agreement on the agreement of the parties.

Bitumen emulsion is made on bitumen emulsion installation of foreign production manufacture which has passed certification and has the corresponding production certificate which is registered in the Register of certification system of the State Enterprise “Derzhdorndi” dated 03/06/2022 under the number “state production certificate 19.261-22”.

Our company also produces a bitumen emulsion for Slarri Sill technology. The production of such an emulsion is based on high-quality bitumen oil company NYNAS (Sweden) with the addition of chemical additives of the trademarks REDICOTE and Diamine OLBC of the Swedish company AkzoNobel and latex ALGOLTEX C and TORTEH to the American company ALGOL CHEMICALS).

DELIVERY & TEST LAB.

01. AUTOMOTIVE SPRAYERS.

The company has its own automotive sprayers and is able to provide the following services:

• delivery of bitumen emulsion to the buyer with their own auto-impactor in the amount of from 3.5 tons to 10 tons;
• pavement treatment with bitumen emulsion.

02. TESTING LAB.

In 2019, LLC VIT-UKRAINE established its own testing laboratory.
For the laboratory laboratories, new modern equipment has been purchased, certified according to the current regulatory documents.
The company provides services for the following road-building materials:

• rubble and screenings
• bitumen
• bitumen emulsions
• asphalt mixes
• asphalt cores
• selection of asphalt mix
